consulting firms dealing with flood control issues. His insightful development of projects that are lifesaving, cost-efficient, and
design-sensible — are some of the reasons why Ron has earned a reputation for being an expert in this field.
Prior to starting his consulting firm, Ron was the Division Manager for the City of Dallas, Flood Control
Division — responsible for the management and operation of this critical system comprised of levees, pump stations, and flood warning
systems. His passion for serving the public through flood control, led him to develop expertise in:
